b) Payment is due at the time of sign-up, and your membership will be activated once payment is confirmed. You will receive access to our learning portal via a welcome email within 24 hours of purchase.

c) You may cancel your membership at any time, but we do not offer refunds or prorates for early termination due to the digital nature of the benefits provided. Monthly subscribers will have access until the end of the month. Annual subscribers will have access until the end of the year. 

d) We reserve the right to change our membership fees at any time. However, your membership fee will remain the same for the duration of your subscription.

3. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time if you violate our terms of use or engage in any conduct that we consider to be harmful to our site or community.

4. Intellectual Property
