Can I share my membership with others?
No, your membership is personal and cannot be shared with others. Each member must have their own account.

How will I access the content?
All the content - including videos, lessons, resource lists, printables, and more - will be available on our membership site. You'll receive login information after your sign up.

Is the content available in English or Spanish?
Both! All printable lessons, activity sheets, and other materials are available in both English and Spanish versions. You pick the language that best suits your family's needs.

Can I sign up as a teacher?
Membership for Hispanic Heritage Studies has been designed for families. However, educators may subscribe for access, but please contact us directly for pricing and see our terms of use before purchasing.

What does it mean, "enrollment is closed?"
Membership to Hispanic Heritage Studies is only available a few times a year so that we can focus on our members and create the content they're looking for. You can join our waitlist to be notified when the next enrollment term opens.

What are the cancellation terms?
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your subscription. Due to the digital nature of the benefits we provide, we do not offer refunds or prorates for early termination. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your membership will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, you will no longer have access to the content and benefits of the membership.

How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, simply email us with the words "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" in the subject line.
